Meet the Feet
Meet Rosie, Dirty Feet Tours founder and lead guide! She’s a proud Denmark resident and Mum of two boys, with very little passion for fashion – although she does get very passionate about appreciating and enjoying this unique slice of paradise on the south coast of Western Australia.
Rosie began running seriously in 2009, first running the 12km Perth City to Surf and then going on to run half marathon road events. After the birth of her second child in 2014 Rosie felt a strong desire to strap on sneakers and run away daily – she quickly fell in love with the beauty and challenge of south coast trails and hasn’t looked back since! She’s trained for and competed in trail events throughout the south west region as a solid middle-of-the-packer runner.
Rosie is trained as an Ecologist with an additional background in environmental and outdoor education/guiding, and when she’s not tearing up the local trails she is studying to be a high school science teacher, working as an outdoor education instructor, or being a bit of a musician in her spare time.
